The Zoll AED 3 immediately analyzes compression data from the CPR Uni-padz and provides real-time evaluation through vocal, textual, and visual feedback to assist the rescuer in determining the appropriate frequency and depth of CPR. If compressions are not deep enough, the device prompts the rescuer to apply more pressure, while confirming correct compressions that meet depth guidelines. It also displays real-time CPR compression depth on a color screen using an amplitude gauge, allowing the rescuer to adjust compression depth as needed.

The universal design of CPR Uni-padz universal electrodes provides rescuers with a comprehensive solution for sudden cardiac arrest victims, whether adults or children. To treat a pediatric patient, use the same electrodes and simply activate the child mode. The 5-year shelf life of electrodes and batteries, the best in the industry, increases availability and reduces maintenance frequency.
